Customer care:

  • When you contact us, you can always guarantee one on one personalised customer service with the support of a floral designer and customer support assistant.
  • During any production of a custom made order for your special event, you will receive open communication and updates including, images of your florals before the design process begins.
  • Images of your designs throughout the production phase will be provided for your approval and guaranteed satisfaction.
  • Once you approve you are satisfied, we finalise your order, take professional photos and email or message them to you before delivery.

Delivery:

  • All orders are sent out for delivery 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you require them sooner, not a problem, just let us know when and we will have it ready for you on your requested date.
  • We hand pack your order securely to ensure the safety and protection of your products.
  • We use a door to door delivery service who picks up directly from our door and delivers straight to yours!
  • Interstate? No worries, we deliver all across Australia! Locations such as Perth, The Northern Territory and afar, your orders also travel by air to ensure a speedy delivery!
  • We track and follow your order to ensure there are no delays and we provide you with a tracking number so you can do the same.
  • You are only charged for what it costs for postage! There are NO HIDDEN FEES!!! We are always happy to provide our customers with receipts of delivery costs at their requests.

Payments:

  • We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit for custom made orders.
  • Once that is paid, you can pay the remainder of your order off at YOUR OWN DISCRETION!! We only ask that your payments are finalised by the time we are ready to send your products.
  • Refunds: This has never been an issue for us nor have we ever been asked for a refund, but in the unlikely event that you request one, we are happy to refund you 50% of your order if the products are damaged. Once the products are returned to us, the refund will be released. (The customer is liable for all delivery/postage fees).
  • We accept direct deposit transfers, credit card payments, and paypal.
