Our Return policy is in line with our values and the rights to you as a consumer under the Australian Consumer laws.
For all valid returns, we require:
– A current and valid invoice.
All invoices pertaining to purchases made within 14 days of purchased will be honoured provided they meet the requirements of our return Policy.
– All returned goods must be in original packaging, including tags, and wrapping.
– All change of mind returns will be honoured with a credit note to your account or an exchange upon inspection of the products to ensure they are in their original condition. In addition, return freight fees for ‘change of mind returns’ must be at the customer’s expense.
